I'm currently using "sendthisfile.com" a lot to share large files with clients. Although it does pretty much everything I need I would like to find a another solution that I could install on my own server and brand in keeping with my business. Ideally I would also like this solution to allow clients to login and see previously shared files and maybe even use the same system to send files back to me.

You might want to try zSend.co.uk. It is a fully automated PHP file delivery system linked to a MySQL database. Features include tracking, email notifications and Drop Box. It sounds like what you might need. It can be self branded too.
