DropDown List On Mouse Over event on a Button

I have a button on my html form. Requirement is to display a dropdown list as soon as the mouse is moved over the button. The drop-down would have the 4 elements, which would be read from a property file. Drop down need to be disabled as soon as the mouse is moved away from the button. Form need to be submitted on selecting any item from the list

Any help/code snippet how this could be done???

Incase displaying a dropdown list over a button is not possible, then i can replace this via an image

You are definitely going to require a decent amount of JavaScript to accomplish this. If you happen to be running .NET, I would suggest getting the AJAX Control Toolkit as this is already a feature...

Well, as JavaScript is the foundation for AJAX - I would say that's a yes.
