I need something like a cms where I can write articles for my users.
It's important though that each user sees a different article upon logging in,
since the articles are in fact user-specific instructions.
The user should be guided through the site in a Windows-wizard-like manner.
The user should be able to skip one or more steps and complete these next time he/she is logged in.
Among the steps there should be a file upload and a questionnaire.
Please suggest forum engines, blog engines, cms:es and what-nots that could be implemented.
I'd prefer php, asp or asp.net, but I'm willing to widen my horizons for the good of the project.
The project is for web testing. My users test web apps and report their opinions back to me.
I want different users to test different sites at different times.
