Hi,

I want my customers to be able to have a cut down version of webmail. One that allows them to login to receive, print, file email only from me and NOT allow them to do anything else.

So no composition emails out to anyone. Basically I sell the email to companies who at present receive the email through their regular email account. A lot of them are denying that they have received the email. So my idea is to make it idiot proof.

I don't know if this has been done or where to start. I've looked around but I don't know how to describe what I want..... Phew - I'm out of breath - hope you can help....

Personally, I have never seen anyone offer the program you are looking for (I may be completely wrong). You should try searching hotscripts.com

Look up a user "Boraan". he has a script he calls SitePM and basically it does what your looking for. It's a messaging system like a stand alone myspace messaging where users can send messages to each other (I'm sure this can be disabled) and to the site owner. Sending, recieving, replying, but it's not email.

thanks bizz. Absolutely I'll give the hook up, but SitePM isn't as restrictive as you want it to be. Users can send out messages, but you'll have admin control over those account.
