I am looking for a script, preferably written in php/mysql that provides a place where customers can log in and see that status of their current projects.
I checked the hotscripts site but ran into a bunch of trouble ticketing/help desk scripts. While the trouble ticketing/knowledge base options of these scripts is nice I mainly want a place where I can keep clients informed. They could log in, see their projects and any little notes that had been added by the programmer working on their specific projects.
Something like
Program Description:
Add a member search engine to our website at xyz.com. Visitors would be able to search off of first name, last name, city, state, specialty.
Updates
Jan 1, 2008 - Received database connection information
Jan 2, 2008 - Designed search engine layout
Jan 4, 2008 - Waiting on updated database as initial file was lacking the zip code field
Jan 6, 2008 - New database received and integrated
...
Anyone know of any scripts out there that do something like this?
