i need to find an application, or a program to put onto my website that allows viewers to fill out a form and submit the data so I can view it.
My website is for my dog training business, and people need to be able to register in advance for classes
If you know of any sort of application that allows them to submit, PLEASE let me know!!!

That should be easy enough to do. Why don't you post the information that you want to collect (i.e. First Name, Last Name, Address, City, ...) and either myself or one another one of our users will be happy to creat this for you. Would this be in PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, JSP or other programming language? Also, do you want the submitted content to be emailed to you or stored in a database for viewing?

There are numerous cgi scripts which allow you to recieve the data via email directly from a form. So the people will fill out the form and then it will be sent to your email address.
