I am planning make website in which i would insert 365 records in a day but It should appear once in a day and should not repeat and should not. (e.g. first day:- one record in archive, second day:- two record in archive and 20th days 20 record in archive)

What will be the solution?

What I understand of your problem is that you need a script that inserts a record once a day... Moving this to Script Requests
