Does anyone know any script that allows the webmaster to give access to only users from a specified country?

For example, I'll be making a Bangladesh only portal which I want only Bangladeshi users to see while others would be forwarded to a page which states that this site is for BD people only.

If anyone knows of such a thing then I'd be glad if you could let me know.

I think you will need to use IP address to check upon the country ..
I don't know much about IPs but someone may help you ..
