Custom Product Design Script (customink.com)

I am looking for a script or shopping cart or addon that will allow me to have a "custom design" portion to my website. This is something like you see at the T-shirt places. Basically I would upload a "blank image" and they choose the font or webding and color they want it to be. I know there must be some out there. Doesn't have to be free. I have looked high and low and can really only find services -- I found one but it was over $1,000 usd and that's out of my budget.

Anyone?
