I just started making my first website ever and i need a comment box seeing as how its a fanpage and all, but i cant seem to figure it, im still young and learning lol, not even a nd adult yet, can some1 please help me or give me the script for a comment box?

I commend you on wanting to learn how to create your own web site.

If you want a comment box on your web site, then you will need a place to store the comments.

You will either need to store them in a file or a database.
I prefer a database because it is more secure.

Also you will have to be able to retrieve the data that was collected by the comment box.

A comment box can be easily created using a <textarea> element, which is an element used in a <form> element.

You will also need a way to process the form.
You will need a scripting language to process the form, like PHP or ASP.
I prefer PHP.

If you are brand new to programming, then there are a few other things to consider.
You will need to learn a few programming languages to make your web page work the way you want.
Like HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.

But the very basics that you will need to learn are HTML, CSS and PHP.

If you don't know these languages very well or not at all, then a pre-made script would probably be your best bet.

Well i dont know the full languages but i do know php, html, and css but not that much as of right im still learning them. i did check hot scripts but the ones i found i have to buy and seeing as how i do not have a credit card only cash its not going to work for me.
