hi, i believe someone else has post similar question. however there seems to be no answer. hence i would like to ask again.

i am looking for a community blog script, as well as a individual blog script. what it means is user is able to have a blog for himself, at his website. however as the webmaster, i am able to have blog community topics where users can post their blogs in these topics.

anyone know of such script? thanks in advance
