Would anyone mind making or helping me find a script where the visitors of your site can fill out a form to enter their clan into the websites database, but before it gets entered, the admin has to approve of it. Also, I'm looking for the script to have a spot on the form so that you can upload a picture/avatar of the clan and a few more spots on the form for profile fields. Thanks.
