I don't think that's a pre-made available script. Since they link to each other, they are probably custom for those 2 sites made by the same person. A lot of sites are custom or done by freelancers. You could hire someone to make a clone of the site, but then you'll have to pay for that.

Is there a certain feature your looking for that they provide?

not a certain feature but the whole site seems reasonably easy to use and very 2.0-ish. Would like something close to it.
