Script for mailing text message in Perl/CGI

I am looking for a mailing list solution for my website. Just a Perl/CGI script for bulk mailing text message/newsletter to my clients. My server is a Unix-based server. The server holding my website does not support MySQL database. As such, the script should perform its function solely through "sendmail"; and use only one list.
