i need a script which will get the data form the mysql database, put that data into a form which can be edited and then restore it in the database

this script need to be produced in php and mysql

This is, more or less, what every PHP/mySQL application does, from a guestbook to a forum to a dating site, and so on. Can you be a little more specific about what it is you need to do?

i have time sheet information in a table and i want to be able to get the users time sheet info and put it into a form which allows the user to change there time sheet info and then resend that info back to the table.

the user info is stored in a php session

and the table looks like this

timesheetid
hrnumber
date
workaweek
approved

the approved field will need to be set back to 0 as the project manger will need to approve it again
