I am looking for a full featured Residential Real Estate Property Management script.
Needs to have features like:
password access
Building
unit #
tenant info
lease info and notification of future expiry to tenant and landlord
Online tenant maintenance request and admin maint request
generation of forms
late payment
complaints
notice to enter
etc
There is lots of computer based software like this but I need my own online version on my own site that I can access from different locations.

eew. real estate. I have a CMS application that I designed that has exactly what you want and more, including the MLM. I built it for a real estate investor a few years ago and he needed the same thing. I'll go dig it up from my archives and brush off the dust so you can look at it.
