Well, Im not looking for a form as such, Basically we need a script to use with our staff panel and as we receive a high volume of staff applications to come and join our team we're looking for something to make life simpler.
I'm alright at PHP, I know the most of it but im not a hugely advanced user. However im hoping someone on this forum will be able to help.
Here's how we've planned it to be:
User applys - Sorted
Application gets sent to the staff panel - Sorted
Member of management gets an option to choose accept or decline application
If its declined it goes back to the applications page and the application will be deleted from the MYSQL DB
If it's accepted an email will be sent to the email address of the applicant.
Theres a basic breif of what we would like doing, If there is anyone that is good at PHP that could possibly write it up for me and post it here or send it to us in an email i would be more than grateful!
