Contact form with Multiple Recipients

Hi, I am new to all this (website & php). I know HTML real well, but not the other stuff. I am needing to come up with, create, find a contact form that I can place on my churches website. The features they are wanting from it would be the ability to choose who to contact through the form (pastor, secretray, etc.) Not wanting to send the form to multiples, just the ability to choose who to send it to. They want it this way in order to cut down on spam bots that roam websites picking up email address.

Is anything like this possible? I have search for an hour or so now for that kind of script, but have had no luck.
