Is there a FREE php script that can creats a portal like MSN, yahoo or AOL (with weather, mail (not obligatory i can use round cube...), search engine) or may be a search engine FREE script (i will creat the other things ^^)
Please help!

Umm ... yea .. good luck with that. No seriously there are likely search engine scripts out there. You could try to Google one. I doubt there are entire portals built. But honestly it would be a waste of time to try to operate your OWN search engine.
