Hi,

I am looking for a chat tool for two or three people and I want other people to be able to follow the discussion online but not have to participate. All the chat tools that I have tried requires people to enter the chatroom.

I was asked by our CEO to make it possible for him to chat with a colleague and make it possible for all employees to follow the chat online.

Furthermore I must be able to provide a transcript or history of the chat at a later time.
