Let me explain in full detail the situation here.
I am stuck in the shithole known as Kuwait. So yeah, we have internet here, but it sucks and you constantly get dropped. Wireless by the way. And that's not even when the sandstorms are blowing.
The way it works is this: you buy a 1-month card from a vendor here, and it provides you with a login number and a password. Problem is this number is 16 digits long, and the password is 12, so it's a real pain in the donkey to have to enter this thing every 10 minutes. Yeah, eventually you memorize it but I'm sick of that.
So first you have to connect to the wireless network. But you aren't on the internet yet. You have to open a browser and go to the portal page and enter this PitA login and password. And if I just want to play WoW or run bittorrent or something, it's a step I'd prefer to skip.
Anyway, to finish this up, is it possible to have a script that would post the login information automatically (I wouldn't even mind a double-click of a batch or exe or something) once the wireless connection is made without having to open a browser?
Bonus points for a way to sense that the computer has logged off and automatically logs back in.
