Looking for web site with video and blog!

Hi, I'm new in this world of web scripting and relay on experienced people like you.

I was told to come to Hotscripts if I want good basic website with video integration and the blog.

I have no idea how to install such a script or how to find what I'm looking for.

I'm kind of on a budget right now (who is not?) but like to expand in the near future. Can anyone help, please?
