I have a contact management software that I had custom built in PHP and MySQL that is for my apartment locating company. It helps track leads and clients. I am looking for something that could interface with my database and generate an invoice for the apartment commission and allow us to track billing. I wouldnt need it to do any other accounting. Not sure if there is a program out there that could be tied into an existing database with minimal customization.

aft er thinking about what I need Im thinking it may be better to just have a system that does reporting and tracking from my mySql database and can import into quickbooks. Any ideas on a program that imports to quickbooks?
