I own a local computer service business. Most of my business is pick-up and drop-off, where I pick up the customer's machine, repair it at my shop, and drop it off.

So, what I'm looking for is a preferably PHP script that'll allow my customers to logon to my website with their service number, and track what I've done to their machine, as reflected by my input. My goal is to reduce the number of phone calls I recieve throughout the day so that I have more time to devote to my repairs and other daily tasks I have to do.

Any suggestions of an existing one would be great, or if someone think they can whip a simple one together, I'll toss you a few bucks.
