Script for creating forms and publishing data from those forms on website

yeah, it's a long title...

well, i have a need for a script that would allow me, and other registered users, to fill various forms, and data from those forms would be published on our web site like tables.

therefor, it should send data from form into mysql and then site should load new data from mysql

i am not an expert, as you can see, so I'am sorry if my explanation is not the best.
script should be for PHP and MySQL.

any suggestions are welcome... thank you very much!

Your likely going to have to code this yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

You can use a content management system.

Go to The CMS Matrix - cmsmatrix.org - The Content Management Comparison Tool and http://opensourcecms.com to learn more.

I like eZ publish (Enterprise Web Content Management System (CMS) based on open source - eZ Publish) and it would serve you well for this project.

I was afraid i would get an answer like that.
However, I have taken a look and it doesn't seem to be to difficult to programme...

I recommend you spend the time to find a system that meets most of your requirements. It is much more cost-effective than writing the code yourself.
