I found these two in the Hot Scripts "AppGini" & "DaDaBIK".

Do you suggest another software/application other than the above mentioned?

Do you mean an application to manipulate, edit, or administer database tables and such? If so, I'd probably say phpMyAdmin.

If you mean what's the "best application" in general, there's no answer to that question. That's like asking what the "best" flavor of ice cream is.
