Unlimited Categories/Sub Categories
Unique Templates by Category
Fee Structure set as flat fee up to certain amount and above amount is percentage of Final Value. Fees only charged when Item sells
Make Offer/Counter Offer system
Escrow system: visual representation with manual release of funds.
Moderated Message System where Buyer/Seller remain anonymous
Search Engine Friendly pages

Can be php or asp or something else..

Many reverse auctions or freelance sites seem to have the required features but would need to be customized. Please contact me if you know of a solution or have experience customizing such a script. I am happy to pay for help.

im after similar stuff like josh but will want to add my own payment option called mpesa (please google mpesa) and will be good to have an option that users can choose country and the website will be customised accordingly, this will include currency rate and maybe default to items from local but with an option to buy from other countries.
mine will be more like ebay and with sms capabilities.
i will also like to have mobile browsers implemented and will be better to customise the page according to country so maybe a user will use a dropdown arrow to choose the country.
