I'm looking for some type of form that processes information and then posts it to a webpage where it can be viewed by anyone or anyone with a certain password.

It doesn't matter what it runs on, if it costs, or the license. I've been looking for something like this, but have only found either mail forms or forms where the entries are only viewable in the control panel.
