Troubleshooting Script

All,

I am looking for a script that allows me to create an online troubleshooting site...with simple yes/no answers... for example:

Try switching it on at the back...

Did this fix your problem...Yes|No

and depending on the answer they will be directed to the next question/end.

Please let me know if you know of any software that can help me complete this. I am using Windows Server 2008, using ASP.NET and HTML.
