I have looked for days for this and can't find what I need.
I'm looking for a sort of survey or poll script where an admin posts a simple question and users (without needing to register) can respond in the form of a comment. It also needs to integrate into an existing site by way of a PHP include or something like that.
It seems simple but everything I find has too many options and is too rigid in layout and function. Without buying and trying all of these things to find out if I can customize it to my needs, does anyone know of something that will do this?
Any help would be appreciated.
