database script

Hi all,

I am new here and I have browsed through tens of scripts to find the database i am looking for.

I need to run an online database (mysql) with PHP back and front end. It needs to have ability to customise the database tables and entries, but I can do that myself... However I need it to run other simple reports (like I can do in MS Access) where I can report on records, filter them with e.g. age, area, sex, and other filters (categories) I have created.

Please help me find simple but free scripts, its for the good cause as I am designing it for the NGO's around KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa
