pretty much a relief (temporary) pharmacist signs up and explains all days available, hours, and location., then pharmacy owners, can view all available temp. pharmacists in their area and offer them a job.
If you know of any system like this already, but not dedicated to pharmacies, i can take it and transform it. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Its a bit more than posting a job. Its Someone posting an open temporary shift, then employees see open shifts in their area and people apply, the owner then alerts one them they are to show up to that shift.
All this done in the same interface, owners and users both need sign ups. not a simple "apply here, send resume"
