I know there are a million web-based email systems on Hotscripts and the web, but I can't seem to find one that does what I need it to do.

I need a system where I can create user accounts and attach their email accounts to that, so they don't login using their email username or password. Does anyone know of a good, free system that can do this?

It's not a script, but Zimbra is a full featured email system that I think supports using regular usernames and adding emails (or at the least, aliases) to them. There's an open source version too.
