Hello folks-

I need help. Or at least opinions.

Very simply put I need to create a web form that when the user inputs their address, it outputs the square footage of their home.

I am not sure how to go about this. The information is available on the net. Ex. Yahoo real estate, zillow. Because im just a beginner when it comes to javacript, ajax, and php, im not sure where to start. Also, how would i go about this, literally speaking can I take the information from my form , send it to yahoo, collect the data and bring it back, or is that too much work AND/OR is this impossible as in will yahoos servers reject that?
