Been searching high and low. tried implenting it myself and coded a partly succesful script but ive given up hope now. i will pay a reasonable proce to anyone who can get me a script like this:

This script must have this!, the details are:
I need a script where a user can submit a link. nothing else. one simple textarea which then passes the link over to MySQL to wait to be either approved or denied.
This has to happen dynamically, so Ajax must be used to post the link and display a message upon succession of the call.
What's more is, this script would have to have an admin page so i can approve or deny the link submissions. If a link is approved it will be displayed in a separate file.
Anyone handy enough to piece this one together? I'll pay the successor in his quest. but any free suggestions are welcomed.
PS dont give me an ajax form and link submission script and tell me to work it out. ive tried that and TBH cannot be bothered.
