What I am needing is a script that does the following:

Admin / Member login
This can be a wordpress theme if possible, that would be perfect and can be done if you are good with wordpress.

Here is the scenario, say you have done business with a company or they with you, and they left you a negative comment or feedback, but the detail space is limited to say 140 characters like twitter. But the situation requires more characters than that to explain what had happened.

What I want is a way for someone to leave a link as a comment / feedback, and that link come back to the website where you left a comment / feedback in response to theirs but you have the room to say whatever you want.

So I need a script to where the user can register, have an account, and then have an area or thread, post, something, that they can link to the companies comment / feedback left for you , then you can say what you want to say in response to theirs, and vice versa... Then that person can also register to my site and comment on that post, similar to a forum also I guess. I hope this makes sense
