Looking for Photo Sharing Script with members

Hello,
i'm looking for a photos sharing script (free or low cost) where members could sign in (free) and upload their pictures and creat some albums. Web albums could be seen by people (or not if members don't want).
People could vote for popular photos.
And I would like that this script could be optimised for SEO (url rewrit, meta tags, keywords...).
Do you know some scripts in PHP which can do that please ?
