Making Passwords Asterisks

I am using Godaddy, and I want the users to have two things happen which godaddy doesn't seem to offer.

1) Make the passwords (password and verify password) and password when logging in look like asterisks.

2)Require that the password and verify passwords match upon signing up.

I am not sure how to label those, so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Godaddy recommended this site.
