I need some help. All I want is some basic and simple functionality out of a user account and editing. Kinda similar to this picture:

But all I want it for that user to login and then edit those 4 options.
I would create the options of creating their account, kinda for private access.

I just don't want a darn CMS. They all resolve around blogs and other dumb crap. I just want a simple user login and editing of page content. Is there a such script already made that I can edit or tutorial I can learn from?

I can give you a script named PHP User Login & Authentication Script. Check out if it can help you. Am not sure if can edit fields like profile picture, photos and everything. But, this script allows users to register, login, logout of the password protected pages with remember me option. You can easily manage the registered users.
