I'm looking for a good php affiliate program & autoresponder.

I am building a site based on Mambo Open source and DreamAccount. I would like to integrate a good php based affiliate program and autoresponder system into it. I'm a notice to intermediate developer but I would like to have it integrated into my current system database around the user account / email accounts.

If anyone has any leads for both (autoresponder more important) or knows how to to do, please let me know. We want to go with a good system not the cheapest.

Needs this like yesterday.
