depending on what you want you can try

you should be abble do just about anything with that, if you want something a bit easier to use you can try something like cute or nucleus.

When trying to install I get an error message that tell me that I cannot connect to mysql database because of errors in the lib.php file. So I have to correct in line 9 and 10 in this file?

which version did you download 1.7.2 ?
if not download that.

make sure you also edit config.php found in the admin folder and place in it your database settings.
