Give each user a blog.

Hello,

I'm looking for a script that will enable me to give each user a blog they can use.
Each user would have their own blog such as "domain.com/username/"

Look at livejournal.com script
but it paid

And also Express Engine (www.pmachine.com)would have this after some time (not it only in public release and there are not many modules created)
