How must i do that

I look for a news scripts that is easy to install. It may work with MYSQL but it's not nessary.
It must work at the follewing way :
When i add news in the categorie : popnews it must be post automatically on www.test.com/popnews.php
When i add news in the categorie : news it must be post automatically on www.test.com/news.php

Can someone give me a good script for to do this ?
