Looking for a simple browser based image uploader

I have found plenty of image uploaders, but most were either too complex for my purpouses or too simple. Basically I dont really care about the uploading process, I just want an index of all the files that have been uploaded, but I want this index to be public. I also want to be able to open the images up in a new window in this index.

For example, http://upload.ih0p.com has what I want. Does anybody know of a free script that will do this?
