JScript to make no menubar and detect keyboard routine

Hi... i m looking for JScript that will disable the menubar and that such (back, refresh button....) when the window is start up. I just know how to create it through a link : (

Also, can i use JScript to detect the keyboard routine? i just know it can detect mouse routine. can it detect and perform some action when the user press on the F5 button or backspace??

Ohhh... i really have no idea about it.
