Do you know of a free webmail client that can handle multiple pop accounts within one login account?

I would install this program on a server. I would prefer php.

Hey the best phpwebmail script i found was http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/23854.html , or (netlogger.com/email) Unfortunately the netlogger site seems to be down right now...hopefully it comes back up soon.
It allows you to setup different users and each user and setup multiple pop accounts, and have different address books for each user.
