Someone wanted me to do a site for a Mortgage Company but I couldn't come up with a good script. I Looked all over this site, and all over the web, and I couldn't find what I was looking for. Can anybody tell me where I can find a script for bank or mortgage company, or anything close to what you will read in a few? If not this would be something great to make.
I know it might be something simple for a lot of you guys. But then again it can be quite challenging for others. But I know it can be done. I can add pages like support, live support, But what I want to have is the following, I hope someone can understand it:

*Register page
boxes to fill out....
-account number
-name/last name
-street/city/US state/zip code
-SS#/ D.O.B/
-company (optional)
-shoe size, ect...
after registering it redirects you to a another page that says "thank you you will be emailed within a couple hours for approval" .must wait for activation, this is done threw the administration panel, this way the administer can verify the account number with all the other info. email confirmation for security. Oh and I was just kidding about the shoe size.

-account/name/company list
-automatically detects the person who hasn't paid their month
-delete users
-add users manually
-approve registration
(This is the tricky part)
Once approved it creates a member page....
each member page can be modified threw the administrador panel, for example.
the admin click on a member and it takes you to their page. Everybody pages are different. Here you can edit the following. Everything done manually because most people prefer to pay their bills threw mail. Keeping it simple.
-edit any text on top, for example... if you want an important message on top
- pay off mortgage loan (edit amount of money left to pay off loan)
- amount paid (edit amount of money they paid already)
- transaction view , example...
Date.............. Payment type.........................paid
4/16/2004....... cc# xxxx xxxxx xxx5555..........$124.97
3/16/2004....... money order..........................$124.97

*Member page
-Members can Edit contact info such as address and phone
-view account detail, like payments, transactions,
-user mailbox, here you can contact bank, and they can contact you in their account page
-(This would be something good to do) users can make a payment
but it would be even better if they can add how much money they would like to pay, like if they want to pay off the loan.
Wouldn't this be a great script? If anybody comes out with a script like this I want 20% of the money you will make.. haha, I'm just kidding but I deserve a copy. hehe if not give me a good price.
