I am looking for a script that would allow registered users to post articles, into different categories (reviews, stories, guides, how-tos). The stories are then validated by an admin, and posted. It should ahve article comments/reviews, and rating system.

The script should be similar to what I sue now (http://www.planetboredom.net/fubu/) only with an admin validation feature and a better admin interface (admin access lvls, like mod, admin).

Does anyone know about anything that can do this?

i don't need a protal, I need a script. post/php nuke are highly uncustomizable.

Coranto is an extremely flexable news managment script written in Perl. It seems to have a small but active community of people who contribute addons on a regular basis. Be warned, however, it's not the easiest script to install and configure, but it's flexability makes it extremely powerful - it's also FREE!
