Free, AdFree IE Toolbar Gen/App

Hey guys.. I'm new as you can probably tell

..

Well.. I'm looking for a free, ad-free peice of software that will create an IE toolbar for my site and forums, just like Google's one here..

Free = Because I'm broke..
Ad-Free = Because otherwsie it would be pointless..

You can generate your own IE toolbar for free. But if you want to distribute it to your visitors, you'll have to pay a small fee.

if you know visual basic then you can make on for free. www.planet-source-code.com/vb and search for google toolbar. It would only be right to give him credit and all. It is a little advanced, but maybe you can have someone edit it or something but it does give you some kind of idea how to do it.
