Im looking for a php or cgi script like nuke that allows users to register once on the site and have access to there own little home page that they can customize and make there own with sitings like email stuff like that. And also have it so they can post news, stories, and comment on the news and stories as well has have a forum built in. but also be able to ad pages and sections on to the site easy.
